MONTH-OF/DAY-OF WEDDING COORDINATION

Allowing you to enjoy the planning process, we’re here to pay attention to all the final details and execute your wedding day seamlessly! The couple is in charge of booking and securing vendors until the final few weeks where we then take over. Well versed in the timing of weddings, we build your day’s detailed itinerary, communicate the logistics to your vendors and execute for a stress-free wedding day.

INCLUDES:

• Month-of planning. We provide tools and checklists up to 3 months prior to ensure you are on track with your wedding planning timeline.
• Detailed wedding day itinerary. We build your itinerary based on the events you wish to include throughout the day and give input on the order of the day’s events for a smooth-running timeline.
• Virtual confirmation meeting. We schedule a meeting with you 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding to finalize the itinerary and go over all wedding details to ensure everything is accounted for.
• Vendor communication and management. We connect with your selected team of vendors after the confirmation meeting and introduce ourselves as the point of contact. We issue all final vendor payments/tips on your behalf on the day of the event. All communication leading up to and on the wedding day is directed to us so you are left to relax and enjoy.
• Wedding rehearsal coordination. We are on site for the wedding rehearsal with you and those involved in your wedding ceremony to do a walk through of the events and ensure everyone knows their role and is familiar with the timing.
• On site styling. The details that are not traditionally accounted for through your wedding vendors will be taken care of and styled by us (i.e. favours, personal decor items, receiving table, etc.)
• Day-of coordination. Our team is on site for set up and to assist your wedding vendors with any last minute questions and directions. Our team is available to you and your bridal party to provide executive level concierge service and ensure everything runs smoothly.

PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING & DAY-OF COORDINATION

The partial planning service includes day-of coordination with the addition of custom planning selections to target the areas where a couple needs more assistance. This package is perfect for those who enjoy taking charge of the planning process, but require a little extra help. Our additional planning tools, eye for design and styling, and list of curated wedding professionals will allow us to take your planning process to the next level! Our couples can select up to 3 services of their choice from the below list.

PARTIAL PLANNING SELECTIONS:

• Budget planning. With our knowledge of industry costs, we build/confirm a total budget amount you are comfortable working with and plan the allocation of your wedding spendings accordingly.
• Planning Schedule. We provide you with a calendar timeline of when specific planning tasks should be scheduled for and completed by leading up to your wedding day.
• Planning Consultations. We meet with you in person to discuss updates on the planning process, offer our input and advice on any questions you have, and prioritize upcoming tasks to keep everything on schedule.
• Design board creation. We create a theme based on your tastes and preferences complete with ideas for decor, colour palettes, florals, stationery design and accessories for your inspiration.
• Venue recommendations. We research and recommend suitable event spaces based on aesthetics, budget, and logistical requirements.
• Venue Requests & Comparison tool. Our tool outlines everything you should consider and take notes on during your venue site visits before booking.
• Vendor recommendations. We source suitable wedding professionals for a selected vendor category based on your budget and what you are looking for.
• Vendor meetings. We sit in on one (1) selected meeting with the vendor of your choice to offer advice during an initial consultation or a meeting to discuss wedding designs and logistics.
• Decor sourcing. Whether you have a particular item in mind or a look you are trying to achieve through decor styling, we source the appropriate item(s) to complete the design of your wedding.
• Site visits. We visit your selected venue with you to discuss event design, vendor logistics, decor placement and to give you ideas and advice for your floor plan set up.

FULL WEDDING PLANNING & DAY-OF COORDINATION

The complete service from conceptualization and design to the execution and presentation of your perfect event. We work with your budget to recommend venues and vendors that provide services most suitable for your wedding day visions. We schedule and attend all site visits to help select your dream venue and optimize the floor plan layout for the day. We partake in your vendor meetings, helping you select your best match and offering our input on design elements and logistics. We are in contact with your vendors from the very beginning with this service to take care of all the details from start to finish. An ultra-personalized concierge service with a perfectly orchestrated event is what can be expected.

Our Full Wedding Planning service includes everything listed in our Day-of Coordination package: provision of all month-of tools and checklists, detailed wedding day itinerary development, confirmation meeting, vendor communication and management, wedding rehearsal coordination, on-site styling, and day-of execution.

DESTINATION WEDDING PLANNING

August In Bloom is at your service worldwide! We love traveling the world and can dream up a wedding anywhere. You select the location and the service you require from us and we research and select the perfect venue and/or vendors to provide you with all your destination wedding needs. Our planning services are based in Toronto and we are on location to provide our day-of coordination service.

INCLUDES:

• Organization of travel plans. We work with you and/or your travel agent to ensure everyone has their flight booked and accommodations ready for their arrival. We help plan group events aside from the wedding and provide a schedule of events for your guests to enjoy with you.
• Venue and/or Vendor Sourcing. Depending on which coordination or planning service you select, we research and recommend event venues and vendors accordingly. Whether you prefer vendors from Toronto or from the location of your destination wedding, we will find wedding professionals best suited for you.
• Day-of coordination. We are on site for set up and to assist your wedding vendors with any last minute questions and directions. Our team is available to you the entire day to handle any unforeseen issues and ensure everything runs smoothly.
